Our Policies :

 

* You must be at least 21 years of age to rent cabins. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* Two night minimum is required on weekends and weekdays. If you choose a Thur/Fri or Sat/Sun stay, both nights will be charged at the weekend rate.

* Cabin rates are based on 2 guests per night. Additional guests are $15.00 each per night.

* Full payment is required at the time of reservation. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.

* A 6% lodging tax will be added to rates.

*A 6% booking site fee will be added to rates.

* A 7.25% sales tax will be added to rates.

* Holidays are charged at weekend rate.

* Cancellations and refunds 14 days or more before arrival refund less $30.00 processing fee.  

* Cancellations 3 days to 14 days before arrival 50% refund. Less than 3 days no refund.

* No refund for inclement weather. No refund for early departure.

* You may arrive at your cabin anytime after 4:00 pm. You will be provided with key access information.

* Check out is 11:00 am. Please wash any dishes. Secure the cabin before departure. Keys my be placed no the kitchen table.

* Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests accomodated by each cabin.

* No visitors. Paid guests only, please.

* Pets are allowed only at cabin specified as pet friendly.

* Pets must be approved by our office before arrival. Pet fee is $30.00 per visit per pet.    Pets are not to be left alone in cabin unless crated. Please pick up pet waste from yard. 

* The Lily Pad is our only pet friendly cottage. No pets allowed in our Ridge View Cabin. No exceptions

*There will be a $200.00 charge plus damages if pets are brought into non-pet friendly cabins.

* Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. Smoking is permitted outside, sand pales are provided. There is a $400.00 charge plus damages for smoking inside cabins.

* Our cabins are treated for pests, but these cabins are in the woods and you may encounter insects, spiders, and other woodland creatures.

* We provide linens, towels, trash bags and dish washing detergent.

* Upon arrival please notify us of any damages, shortage of supplies or house keeping issues immediately.

* On rare occasions appliances, hot tubs, etc. can malfunction. Nature's retreat can not refund monies due to inconveniences but we will do our best to service these amenities promptly. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, etc. outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid.

* Due to cleaning and servicing, your hot tub may not be at full temperature when you arrive and may need several hours to heat.

* We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities and the property restrictions.

* Guests agree that Nature's Retreat Cabins is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests personal property during the guests stay.

* We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning due to your stay.

* We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.

* Personal items left in a cabin after departure are not automatically returned to you. You will need to contact us. Any shipping charges for returned items will be your responsibility. be your responsibility.
